Joesph是爱尔兰最著名的劳资和企业重组咨询专家,是爱尔兰最权威的航空产业,法律企业,商业企业的劳资及雇用关系专家。
1981年开始教授劳资关系的课程。
He served as Head of the Department of Personnel and Employment Relations from 1996 to 2006.1996年到2006年,UL人力和雇佣关系系的主任
He was Chairperson of the Irish Association for Industrial Relations (IAIR) from 2002-2006 and as Secretary of the Association from 2007 to the present.
