Mr Joseph Wallace
利莫瑞克大学凯米商学院（高级讲师）
Joesph是爱尔兰最著名的劳资和企业重组咨询专家，是爱尔兰最权威的航空产业，法律企业，商业企业的劳资及雇用关系专家。

1981年开始教授劳资关系的课程。
He served as Head of the Department of Personnel and Employment Relations from 1996 to 2006.1996年到2006年，UL人力和雇佣关系系的主任
He was Chairperson of the Irish Association for Industrial Relations (IAIR) from 2002-2006 and as Secretary of the Association from 2007 to the present.
2002年到2006年为爱尔兰劳资关系协会的主席
His main current research interests are annual hours working, industrial relations in the airline industry and the European Union Working Time Directive and police work.目前主要的研究兴趣是年小时工作制度，航空产业的劳资关系，欧盟工作时间指令以及警务工作。
专业所涉及的主要领域包括谈判理论与实践和比较雇佣关系系统。《爱尔兰劳资关系》的主要作者，该书是爱尔兰唯一一本劳资关系方面的教科书。
